AP DEECET Result 2019 Rank Card: Andhra Pradesh Diploma in Elementary Education Common Entrance Test (AP DEECET) 2019 result was scheduled to be released on 28th June 2019. Candidates are able to get their AP DEECET Rank Card 2019 through online mode. No hard copy of rank card will be issued to any candidate.
AP DEECET is a state level entrance examination conducted by the Commissioner of School Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh. Candidates qualifying this exam will be granted admission to Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) in various Government District Institutes of Education and Training (D.I.E.Ts) and other Private Elementary Teacher Training Institutions in the state of Andhra Pradesh.

Particulars on AP DEECET Result/Rank Card
DEECET AP result will be published as rank card. It basically indicates the result and candidate’s performance in exam in the form of marks, score, ranks secured by the candidates. Along with this, it also includes various other details about the exam and examinees.
All the particulars that will be printed on the rank card are as under-
- Name of the candidate
- Roll number
- Hall ticket no.
- Date of Birth
- Examination date
- Father’s name
- Gender
- Category
- Address
- Marks in each section
- Total marks obtained by the candidates
- Maximum marks
- Total marks percentage
- Rank secure
- Qualifying status (qualified/ Not qualified)
- Other relevant information
Merit list is an important factor in selection of candidates for the next round of selection. The publication of AP DEEECET rank card will be followed by the issue of DEECET rank card.
AP DIETCET Rank/Merit list will be prepared on the basis of ranks and scores of all the candidates in the entrance test. CSE, AP will publish the merit list after the release of result on official portal.
A separate AP DEECET merit list will be issued for all the four subjects (Biological Sciences, Mathematics, Social Studies, and Physical Sciences). It will also be published separately for qualified and non-qualified candidates. Candidates can access the AP DEECET rank/merit lists in four languages viz. Urdu, English, Telugu, and Tamil as per their convenience.
The merit list will indicate following particulars-
Name of the subject, Hall ticket no., name of the candidate, father’s name, date of birth, gender, community, defense/NCC, sports/Scout name, area, marks, and rank.
Candidates can get access the merit list by following the easy steps shared below-
- Visit AP DEECET 2019 website.
- Click on the “Merit list” link given on the homepage.
- Select the relevant merit list option, language, and subject.
- Merit list for the selected option will appear.
- Search the name in the list.
- Download the list for personal record. (Optional)
AP DEECET Revaluation
The result/ rank card published online will be final and candidates will not be given an opportunity to submit objection against the released result. No request for rechecking, revaluation, re-assessment, or scrutiny of answer booklets will be entertained under any circumstances.
AP DEECET 2019 Cut-Off marks/ Minimum Qualifying marks
In order to secure a rank in the entrance exam, candidates should secure minimum qualifying set as per the discretion of the conducting authority. Candidates scoring marks less than the fixed cut-off marks will not secure an appropriate rank in the exam and will not be qualified for appearing in counseling.
The category-wise minimum qualifying marks set by the department are as under-
Once AP DEECET 2019 result will be announced, qualified candidates will be called for counseling. Counseling schedule and other related information will be communicated later. On the basis of ranks and merit of the candidates, they will be called for counseling.
At the time of counseling, candidates have to produce all the documents in original and xerox copy of each. Counseling will be done in two phases and special counseling will also be organized. After counseling finally seats will be allotted to the candidates.
AP DIETCET Reservation
85% of seats will be reserved only for the local candidates. Remaining 15% seats will be unreserved seats. Apart from this, for categories like SC/ST/BC/PCP/NCC/ SCOUTS&GUIDES/ DEFENCE PERSONNEL, etc. seats will be allotted as per the reservation policy prescribed by the government of Andhra Pradesh.
AP DEECET 2019 Examination Data
All the data and material regarding the DEECET 2019 exam will be preserved only up to a period of six months with the conducting authority from the date of examination. Candidates can avail the examination material within this specified time. After the period of six months, no application or request in this regards will be accepted under any circumstances.
- AP DEECET result for the year 2019 will be out on 28th June 2019.
- CSE, AP will issue the rank card only through the medium of official portal. Other than the online mode no other mode will be made available.
- The result will be final and therefore no provision for revaluation will be there.
- After the release of result, a merit list of both qualified and non-qualified candidates will be released.
- On the basis of merit list, candidates will be invited to participate in the counseling process.
