AP Grama Volunteer 2nd Phase Merit List 2019 | AP Volunteer Result: Andhra Pradesh Grama Volunteer Phase 2 Recruitment Application 2019 procedure was completed on 10th November 2019. After that, scrutiny of application will be done by the concerned officials and AP Grama volunteer eligible list will be generated.
This volunteer merit list will contain the names of the candidates eligible for interview round. The list of volunteers selected for next round will be prepared on the basis of applications submitted by the applicants. You can check the status of your application submitted- Click here.
AP grama volunteer 2nd phase list of candidate selected for interview will be hosted online on specified dates. Selected candidates will also be informed through means of correspondences (email/mobile no.) provided by them at the time of AP grama online registration.
The newly formed government of Andhra Pradesh invited applications for the recruitment of around 19170 village volunteers (phase 2) in the state. This hug recruitment drive is being conducted with the aim of providing direct assistance to the citizens of the state via grama volunteers in every government service or scheme. The positioning of village volunteers in each unit will be done to ensure transparency services/ schemes provided by the govt. and elimination of corruption at various administration level in government department.

AP Grama Volunteer Interview list Key Dates
AP Grama merit list of prospective volunteers will be released on 22nd November 2019. It is going to be uploaded online for information to all the applicants. The responsible department is not expected to send hard copy of letter individually to any candidate through post. Therefore, applicants are required to check it online on the official portal.
Only those candidates will be considered who have submitted the applications carefully and provided genuine information.
Prospective volunteer’s merit list is expected to carry the names of the candidates eligible for interview, their applicable Id, gender, district, date of birth (DOB), category, area (urban/rural/tribal), etc.

How to check AP Grama Volunteer 2nd Phase List 2019?
The concerned department will publish the list of volunteers eligible for interview and further selection process through the online mode. Therefore, applicants need to check the list through the official website. They can access the volunteer list by following the instructions shared below-
- Step 1- Open Official website
- Step 2- Click on merit list option
Clicking on the website link, homepage of the portal will open. On this page, applicants have to click on the merit list/selection list option.
- Step 3- Select respective district
Merit list option for all the districts of the state will appear. Applicants have to click on the respective district from where they have applied or wish to search the list.
- Step 4- Merit list will appear
Finally, list of selected volunteer will appear in the form of pdf. Id.
- Step 5- Check the merit list
Candidates now have to search their names in the list carefully. They can also search their name in the list by using the application Id.
- Step 6- Download the list
After finding their name in the list, if candidates wish they can download the PDF result for future references. However, it is completely optional but it is good keep a record for correspondences in future.
AP grama Volunteer Interview 2019
After the release of volunteer list, interview will be conducted. Only those candidates will be invited to attend the interview round whose names will be there in the list. The intimation regarding the date, time and venue of the interview will be communicated to the selected candidates through the registered emails/ phone no.
Interview will be conducted by the selection committee. It will consist of MPDO/Tasildhar/EO(PR&RD) and the chairman of the selection committee i.e. MPDO will issue the letter of engaging the services of finally selected Village Volunteers.
On the basis of interview, final selection of grama volunteers will be made. These candidates will be engaged as village volunteers by concerned Gram Panchayat on the basis of honorarium for services rendered. Each village volunteer will be paid honorarium of Rs.5000/- per month.
Commissioner, PR&RD, AP will be determining the responsibilities of the role of the village volunteers. Villages will be mapped for volunteers. The performance of the volunteers will be monitored regularly by the Panchayat Secretary at Village Level and MPDO at Mandal Level. Finally, performance appraisal of each village volunteer will be done by the District Collector as the chairman of the appraisal committee.
During the process of performance appraisal if any volunteer found not to be providing satisfactory services will be discharged from his/her responsibilities and duties.
