APGPCET 2020 Admission Application Form Online Dates Procedure


APGPCET 2020 Application form Andhra Pradesh Gurukul Pathshala Common Entrance Test (APGPCET) 2020 for class 5th is conducted by APREI (Andhra Pradesh Residential Educational Institutions). Every year in the month of January they issued a Notification regarding their Entrance Test in all AP Social Welfare/ AP Tribal Welfare/ MJP AP Backward Classes Welfare Residential Institutions across the State.

APGPCET Admission 2020

APGPCET application for session 2020-2021 is going to start soon possibly in the 4th week of January 2020. For that official notification will be released in January. Interested candidate can apply online through their official website www.apgpcet.apcfss.in

BALAYOGI GURUKULAMS (A.P Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions)

Admission for class 5th in SW Residential Schools throughout the State of Andhra Pradesh.

Eligibility Criteria for:

  • SC/ST students who are born between 30 September 2007 to 30 September 2011. (for this you have to enclosed age proof)
  • OC/BC/SC-converted Christians (BC-C) should have born between 30-sep-2009 to 30-sep-2011.
  • During the current year 2019-2020 candidates must be studying in class 4th in a Government school or in a school which is recognized by Andhra Pradesh Government.
  • According to the latest income certificate issued by the Competent Authority Parental income should not be exceeded to Rs. 1 lakh Per annum.
  • The students can apply for this entrance test to their native place only means place where students are studied its class 3rd or 4th both in the Government School which are recognized by Andhra Pradesh Government or native place as certified by competent authority.

Reservation applicable in APGPCET:

There will a reservation for all Balayogi Gurukulamst which is SC-75%,

Special Categories:

  • 15% of seats are reserved in APSWR Schools in every caste group for the children who are withdrawn from Hazardous industries, bonded labour, Basavins, Jogins, Victims of Atrocities, Orphans due to natural calamities, Rape victims, Children’s of Armed forces.
  • There is a reservation of 3% for children who are Physically Challenged.


  • And the vacancies which are left over in any category will be filled by SC candidates according to their merit.

A.P Tribal Welfare Residential Education Institutions.

Admission in class 5th of TW Residential Schools in the State of Andhra Pradesh.

Eligibility Criteria for Admissions:

  • SC/ST children should have born between 30 Sep. 2007 to 30 Sep. 2011.
  • BC/OC Candidates should have born between 30 Sep. 2009 to 30 Sep. 2011.
  • During the current year 2019-2020 candidates must be studying in class 4th in a Government school or in a school which is recognized by Andhra Pradesh Government.
  • According to the latest income certificate issued by the Competent Authority Parental income should not be exceeded to Rs. 1 lakh Per annum.
  • The students can apply for this entrance test to their native place only means place where students are studied its class 3rd or 4th i.e. during 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 both in the Government School which are recognized by Andhra Pradesh Government or native place as certified by competent authority.

MJPAP Backward Classes Welfare Residential Educational

Admissions in class 5th in MJPAP Backward Classes Welfare Residential Schools in the State of Andhra Pradesh.

Vacancies which are left over in any category will be filled by BC candidates according to their merit.

Eligibility criteria for admission:

  • SC/ST students should have been born between 31-Sep. 2007 to 30 Sep. 2011.
  • BC/EBC and OC students should have been born between 30 Sep. 2009 to 30 Sep. 2011.
  • During the current year 2019-2020 candidates must be studying in class 4th in a Government school or in a school which is recognized by Andhra Pradesh Government.
  • According to the latest income certificate issued by the Competent Authority Parental income should not exceeded to Rs. 1 lakh Per annum.


  • The students can apply for this entrance test to their native place only means place where students are studied its class 3rd or 4th   i.e. during 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 both in the Government School which are recognized by Andhra Pradesh Government or native place as certified by competent authority.

APGPCET 2020 Submission of Applications

Students who are looking to get admission into class 5th in APSWR/APTWR/MJPAPBCWR institutions for the year 2020-2021 should apply online through our official website which is apgpcet.apcfss.in or at the helpdesk of any APSWR Institution/ APTWR Institution /MJPAPBCWR Institution.

Expected date for online application is 3rd or 4th week of January.

  • While submitting the application form student should clearly mention the school in which he/she wanted to take admission i.e., APSWR/ APTWR/ MJPAPBCWR.
  • There will be no registration fee.
  • Student should clearly mention the school opted in the online application.
  • While filling online application if any entries will be made wrong than it will be bare by the candidate and no correction will be entertained or taken into consideration once the Hall Ticket is generated and at the time of admission. Candidate can apply for another application with correct information to generate Hall Tickets.
  • Applicants can generate print out of Hall Ticket after submission of the application and it has to be produced at the time of examination in examination center for his/her personal identification.

How to download Hall Ticket for APGPCET 2020?

  • First you have to visit the official website.
  • There you will find a button “download Hall ticket” click on that.
  • Now you will get a new page which will require some details like Aadhar Number and your Mobile No. (which you have entered while submitting form) and press a button get a hall ticket and take a print out of that.

What’s the procedure of Selection in APGPCET?

  • Admission will depend on what merit you obtained in APGPCET (Common Entrance Test)-2019.


  • Merit for boys and girls will be issued separately district wise.
  • Seat will be allotted as per the merit and school opted by the student.
  • Student can be opted more than one school as per his/her choice.
  • The Convener reserve the right to reject the admission, if the candidate is not found eligible or the information provided by him in the application form is wrong.
  • In case of same rank secured by more than one candidate then priority will be given to the student whose age is higher. If age is also same, then priority will be given to the student who got highest marks in Maths. If age and Maths marks also found same, then marks obtained by candidate in Environmental Science will be taken into consideration.

Expected Date of Admission Test and other details:

  • The expected date of admission is 2nd week of March 2020 and it will be of maximum marks 50.
  • Entrance test will be held in the Subject which are Telugu, English, Mathematics and Environmental Science based on the State Syllabus of class 5th of Andhra Pradesh Government.
  • The question will be of objective type means Multiple Choice questions and it will be available in English and Telugu medium. Test will be conducted in the selected centers of the district.
  • Students can choose any one center according to their convenience.
