APOSS SSC Result 2019 for recently conducted SSC public examination has been announced today on 15th June 2019 at 10 AM for all the candidates. APOSS SSC 2019 Result is made available on APOSS portal. It will not issue physical copy of the result to any candidate. After result candidates are also given a chance to apply for revaluation and retotalling of answer scripts.

APOSS 2019- Important Dates/Schedule 

Andhra Pradesh Open School Society (APOSS) is an open school education society in the state of Andhra Pradesh. It basically caters to the educational needs of the learners up to the intermediate level who are not able to continue their studies in a formal system due to some reasons.

AP Class 10th Open School Result 2019

APOSS was established on 20th



February 1991 by the Government of Andhra Pradesh. It was initially established to cater the educational needs of drop out students of AP under open school system. It provides opportunities for school education via open and distance learning mode to the drop-out students or who could not complete their school education (due to various reasons) up to pre-degree level.  

APOSS provide opportunity to such students to complete their school education through distance learning. It conducts public examination for SCC and intermediate twice a year. The exams are conducted in the month of March/April and October/ November every year.  For the academic session 2018-2019 (April Exam) public examination for SSC (April exam) were held in May 2019.

The result for the recently conducted SSC exam is expected to be announced in the month of May/ June. Learners who have appeared for this exam needs to pass a minimum of five subjects. They must obtain a minimum of 35% marks in each subject to pass the exam.  

How to check APOSS SSC Exam Result 2019?

APOSS SSC examinees can access their result following the step-by-step instructions given below-

  • Start by opening the official website of APOSS i.e. http://www.apopenschool.org.
  • Hit the “Result of SSC (APOSS) Public Examinations, April 2019” link.
  • Result search will be displayed.
  • Entre SSC (APOSS) Hall Ticket no. and click on “Submit” button.
  • Result sheet will appear.
  • Lastly, click on the “print” option and take a printout of the result card for future references. However, it is entirely optional to print the result.

AP SSC Recounting of Answer Scripts



Once the result is published there are lots of candidates who are satisfied and happy with result/ marks but there are also students who are not satisfied with their result. For such candidates, APOSS have a provision of recounting of answer scripts. Under this, candidates not happy with their result can submit an application for recounting of marks.

Under this process, concerned authority does the re-totaling of marks and also ensure that no question is left unevaluated.

Candidates willing to apply for recounting of answer scripts for any subject can submit their application within 14 days of the declaration of result for any subject. Along with the application form they have to pay an application fee of Rs.200/- per subject through Mee-Seva. The process of recounting of answer scripts will be completed within 30 days from the date of receipt of application.

Applicants have to submit following documents- Duly filled in application form, Photocopy of the SSC Hall Ticket, Photocopy of marks memo or internet copy and requisite application fee. SSC recounting application proforma can be downloaded from APOSS website.

Revaluation of Answer scripts  

APOSS also have a provision of revaluation of answer scripts after the release of result. Candidates who will not be satisfied with their result and evaluation procedure can submit application for revaluation of their answer scripts. On the basis of applications, APOSS will supply a Xerox copy of valued answer scripts to the applicants.

Candidates willing to apply for revaluation should apply for their valued answer books within one year from the date of publication of SSC result. It is because these valued answer books are retained only for one year from the date of announcement of result. After the completion of one year, these answer books are destructed.

Candidates willing to apply for revaluation can follow the same application process as of recounting. Along with the application form, applicants have to submit requisite fee of Rs.600/- per subject.        

Examination for Improvement of Performance



In case candidates failed in one or more subjects or simply willing to improve his/her performance can appear for improvement examination conducted by APOSS after the release of result.

Candidates are required to apply for improvement exam in the same manner as they apply for the first SSC examination. The application form should be submitting along with the payment of requisite fee of Rs.250/-. 

SSC Original Marksheet and Passing Certificate

After the announcement of result, APOSS will issue original mark sheets/ memo and pass certificates to the candidates. They can get their original marksheets through their Accredited Institutions (AI). Marksheets will be issued to all the candidates who appeared for the exam where pass certificates will be issued only to the candidates who have successfully qualified the exam.
