APSWREIS 1st Year Intermediate Result 2019: APSWREIS has announced the result for admission test on 17th May 2019. The admission test for admission of candidates to intermediate 1^st year was held on 28^th April 2019 across different examination centres of the state.

After result, qualified candidates will be called for counselling and seats will be allotted to them. A large number of candidates who have cleared SSC/ class X exam appeared for this exam and are waiting for the release of result with great hope. Through this exam, eligible candidates will be granted admission into first year intermediate of 163 Andhra Pradesh Social Welfare Residential (APSWR) junior colleges of the state for the academic session 2019-2020.

The result sheet will indicate following information about the performance and merit of the candidates-

Result Revaluation

The decision of responsible authority (which is APSWREIS) on result and evaluation of answer sheets will be final. Society will not allow any candidate to subject request for revaluation after the publication of result.

Any request for rechecking, re-totalling, reassessment of result will not be entertained under any circumstances.

Reservation

For allotment of seats and admission to candidates, given reservation criteria (category-wise) will also be followed-

Post Result Declaration Activity

After the declaration of result, qualified candidates have to attend the counseling process. They have to carry all the required documents to the counselling venue. Counseling date and venue will be communicated to the candidates through the notice board. Boys are likely to report at Kalasamudram Junior College whereas girls have to report at the Kurugunta Gurukul Junior College for counselling.

Once counselling process will be completed, APSWREIS will release the selection list of the candidates who will be allotted the junior college. Along with selection list, society will also publish the waiting list. The allotment of seats will be based on merit, eligibility, reservation, and preferences submitted by the students.  

After counseling, qualified boys will be allotted in boys’ school and girls will be allotted seats in girls’ school only. The medium of instruction in all these schools will be English. Once the admission procedure will complete, classes will start from 1^st June 2019.

APSWREIS entrance test Scheme

Checkout the exam pattern of the admission test provided below-

• The admission test was conducted in offline mode.
• Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) were asked.
• 
  
  Exam was held in subjects like- Telugu, English, Mathematics and Science and Social which were based on the syllabus of Class X of AP Board.
• The medium of exam was English/ Telugu
• The duration of exam was 2 hours 30 minutes.
• Total 100 questions of 1 mark each was asked.

Only those candidates will pass this exam who will secure minimum qualifying marks fixed at the discretion of the conducting authority.

Documents Required

At the time of counseling/ admission candidates who will be invited for counseling will have to carry all the necessary documents to the counselling centre. Below we have shared the list of some of the important documents that may be required at the admission venue-

• Admission test scorecard
• SSC hall ticket
• SSC mark sheet and pass certificate
• Domicile certificate
• Caste/ category certificate issued by a competent authority.
• ID proof
• Passport size photograph
• Other necessary certificates/ documents

The intimation about the necessary documents to be produced at admission center will be communicated to candidates by the conducting authority before the counseling. Therefore, they are required to stay in touch with the official website and concerned officials.
