In order to get admission, you must submit an application form. You can submit the application form online or offline as per your convenience. In this section we have mentioned all the information regarding offline as well as online application process.
- Offline Application Process
BV admission application form and prospectus can be obtained through post by sending a DD of the prescribed amount to the respective address. You can also obtain it by visiting the respective venue in person and making a cash payment of the requisite fee.

- Online Application Process
For online application, applicants have to submit following steps-

- Click on the “Online Admission Form” link.
- Select the relevant options among the “Higher Education Admission Form” or “School Education Admission Form”.
- On clicking the respective option, the application form will appear.

Application Fee
- Applicants have to make a payment of Rs.800 as an application fee.
- The application fee can be paid through Demand Draft or cash in case of offline application and through online payment mode in case of offline application.

Admission of Foreign/NRI/NRI sponsored candidates
Admission in Banasthali Vidyapith is also open to NRI/Foreign/NRI sponsored candidates. No aptitude test is conducted for these admissions as it will be provided directly on the basis of merit.
Such applicants are required to have 40% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination. (Except for B.Ed. (50%) & M.Ed. where it is 55%)
If you are applying against foreign/NRI/NRI sponsored seats, you have to submit the following documents at time of admission-
- Original Certificates and Marksheets of the qualifying examination.

- NRI Account Number or Foreign Bank Account Number of the applicant/guardian.
- Declaration regarding Non-Resident Indian (NRI) status of the applicant/guardian.
Admit Card
Once the application process will complete, BV will issue admit cards to the eligible candidates on the basis of scrutiny of the application forms. Admit cards shall be provided online as well as offline to the candidates. The information will be shared on the official website.
It is compulsory for all the candidates to take the printed copy of the hall ticket to the exam center on the day of the exam. Without a valid admit card no candidate will be allowed to enter the exam center. Hall ticket will carry details such exam date, shift, exam venue, time, and other crucial details.
Result
Once the exam will be conducted in the month of May and June, institutions will publish the result. Result might be published in the national and local newspapers and also on the official portal.
