BPSC 31 Judicial service Exam 2020 @ bpsc.bih.nic.in- Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has notified the notification for the 31st Bihar judicial service commission. Under the recruitment drive total, 221 vacant posts of civil judges will be recruited. The BPSC 31 Judicial serviceonline registration for the said post will be started from the 12th of March and it will be available up to 28th March 2020, whereas, the online application form will be available until 13th April. As you know every year BPSC invited the recruitment for Bihar Judicial service to recruit the civil Judges. And as mentioned in their yearly notification, they have issued the notification for 31st judicial service on 9th March.

The online registration process will begin from 12th March and it will go through 28th March. While the online application process for the recruitment drive will last till 13th April 2020. Educational Qualification:



Candidates applying for the post must have completed their LLB or equivalent to it from any recognized institute that is certified from the bar council of India, New Delhi. And to prove that candidates must have furnished the certificate which was signed by the principal of their respective college and institute.

Age

Minimum: 22 yearsMaximum: 35 years

But the candidates who are from the reservation category will get relaxation in the upper age limit which will be 40 years.

Bihar Judicial Service Examination Application process

If you found yourself eligible for the post then, a big congratulation to you. Now to fill the application form you need to follow a few steps which we have given below:

  • Firstly, you all need to visit the official website of the commission.
  • Now on the home page, you need to click on the “apply online” tab
  • Now on the next page you need to click on the BPSC online application link.
  • On click you will be redirected to a new page. Where you need to Click on the “Apply Online” tab
  • As you click the online registration form will appear to you
  • Fill the form carefully and then click on submit the “registration form”
  • After successful registration, you will receive the User name and password.
  • Log in to the account with credentials received.
  • After log in, the application form link will be available click on it.
  • Fill the application form accordingly.
  • After that, you need to upload the photograph and signature.
  • After doing this the application form will be there for review.
  • Next, you need to pay the application fee.
  • After paying the fee you may download the submitted application form and take a printout of it.

Candidates applying for the post need to submit application fee according to the category they belong:

  • UR– Rs. 600/-
  • SC/ST (Bihar) – Rs. 150/-
  • Female of all categories (Bihar domiciled) – Rs. 150/-
  • PWD– Rs. 150/-
  • Other candidates– Rs. 600/-

BPSC Recruitment 2020: Selection procedure



The selection procedure will go through three phases. But the prelims phase will conduct only in the condition if the number of applications is more than the expectation. You need to qualify every phase to qualify for the post. The phases are:

Prelims examination

The prelims examination will have two papers and both of them will have MCQs. The answer will be marked in the OMR sheet which will be scrutinized on the computer.

Paper 1- {General Studies}: 100 marks

Paper 2- {Law}: 150 marks

Note: Candidates who will secure the cut-off mark in the prelims examination will be called for mains examination and it will 10 times the number of vacancies.

Mains Examination

General Hindi and General English are only qualifying in nature in which every candidate needs to get a minimum of 30 marks. And the marks of these two subjects will not be considered to calculate the merit list.

As mentioned in the notification the prelims examination is only qualifying in nature and the minimum marks you need to score in the prelims examination are given below according to the category.

  • UR: 45%
  • Reserved category: 40%

BPSC 31 Judicial Service Interview

Candidates who will qualify the mains examination will be invited for the Interview. The Interview will be of 100 marks and to qualify this you need to secure at least 35% marks so that you will consider for the final merit list.

  • After submitting the application form you must download the filled application form.
  • And you can download it after login to the dashboard and.
  • Take the two copy printouts of it.
  • And must keep all the documents related to the recruitment safely like receipt of the application fee and others because.
  • The commission will ask you to present the same during the Interview.
  • After downloading the application form you must check all the pages that they have printed the registration number, bar code, and application number or not.
  • If any of the above is not mentioning in the pages, in that case, your form is not acceptable and…
  • The admit card will not be issue to such candidates.
  • For final merit, only marks of the mains examination and interview will consider.
  • If you come from the reservation category then you must mention the same in the application form and.
  • If you didn’t mention it then you will not entitle to any reservation relaxation.
  • The relaxation in terms of caste category will be given to only Bihar domiciled candidates.
  • Applicants from other states will not get any relaxation.
  • Keep at least five copy of the photograph you have uploaded for future use.

BPSC Judicial Services Admit card

Once the online application procedure will conclude after that BPSC will issue the admit card to only those who have filled their application form successfully. And according to the BPSC annual program notification, the admit card will be issued in the last week of April 2020 and you can download the same from the official website of the BPSC.

Bihar 31 Judicial services Prelims Exams

The BPSC 31st



Judicial Services prelims examination was scheduled in the first week of May 2020. The examination date and centre details will be mentioned in the admit card which will be issued to the candidates a few days before the commencement of the examination. The other details about the examination will be given by the commission later on through notification .

Documents required on Interview Day

After qualifying the mains examination shortlisted candidates will be called for the Interview process. In this, they need to present their documents of qualification and others in the original. The list of the document is given as:

  • Matriculation certificate for (Age proof)
  • Law Graduation degree
  • Marks sheet of the law
  • The letter of a certificate which must be signed by the principal of the college and institute where you have studied in, that your college is recognized by the bar council of India, New Delhi.
  • Character certificate issued from the last college and Institute you have attended.
  • Reservation certificates for those who are seeing for relaxation.

The last date for registration is 28th March, while for the application form it is 13th April.

For general applicants 600/- while female and reserved applicants 150/- only.
