After the completion of counseling, selected candidates will be provided admission to the various undergraduate programs offered at DDU Gorakhpur University campus, affiliated colleges, constituent colleges, and various self-financed colleges.
The process of publication of waiting lists for various undergraduate programs is going on. Counseling for BBA and B.Sc. (Agri.) programs against the waiting list has already been completed. Waiting list for remaining courses will be out soon.
Waiting list basically contains information about the counseling of the remaining candidates on the basis of merit. It indicates date of the counseling, time, venue, category-wise cut-off marks, information about documents to be produced at the time of counseling, etc.

How to check the DDU Admission Waiting list?
- Visit the official portal of the university i.e. http://ddugu.ac.in.
- Click on the relevant waiting list link given under the “What’s new” section on the homepage.
- Waiting list for desired course will appear.
- Read all the information provided on it.
- Download the waiting list pdf for references.
DDU Counseling 2019
On the basis of information provided in the waiting list, candidates have to attend the counseling. They have to report at the counseling venue as per their category and cut-off marks on the scheduled date. They have to carry all the necessary documents with them. Failing to report at the specified date and time at the counseling venue, candidates will be disqualified from the admission procedure. Admission fee will be submitted online.
All the candidates reporting at the counseling venue against the waiting list are required to produce following documents in original as well as photocopy of each for verification-
- Counseling letter (to be downloaded from university website)
- Educational qualification certificates
- Migration certificate
- Character certificate
- Transfer certificate (TC)
- Weightage certificate (if required)
- Caste/category certificate
- Domicile certificate
- Income certificate of EWS candidates
- Other relevant certificates and documents
Candidates claiming for benefit under certain category are required to have supporting documents at the time of counseling.
Final seat allotment at the counseling will be done only after the verification of documents and satisfying other admission rules.
