DU NEET cut off 2019: Delhi NEET college and category wise cut off marks


NEET cut off 2019 for Delhi University will release tentatively in August 2019. The cut off for the 85% medical seats under DU will be released by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) and for rest 15%  seats under All India Quota, the cut off will be released by the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) on behalf of Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). Till now the authorities of DU hasn’t communicated any date to release the NEET cut off 2019 but it is expected to be published in the last week of August 2019, after the completion counseling process.

Delhi University will publish the NEET cut off 2019 separately for the All India quota and the state quota. Only that applicant will be eligible to get the admission in medical colleges who will qualify the UG NEET Exam 2019. The qualified applicants will get chance to grab one seat among the  449 seats in MBBS and 34 seats in BDS. The DU NEET cut off is basically the marks or percentage that an applicant needs to obtain in the NEET exam in order to get admission in the government and private colleges under DU. In this article, we have compiled all the essential information about the DU NEET cut off 2019 (expected).

DU NEET CUT OFF 2019

It is mandatory for the applicant to get minimum passing marks in NEET 2019 exam to get admission in the medical courses offered by DU. After the release of NEET 2019 result the university will initiate the counseling process and once the counseling process will be completed the DU NEET cut off 2019 will be released the authorities separately for the state and All India Quota. 

Since NEET result 2019 hasn’t declared as of now so here we have mentioned the expected percentile for NEET 2019;



 So the applicants will have to score the above the minimum above mentioned percentile to get admission in DU.  Now to look at the minimum expected DU NEET cut off 2019 first we will look at the factors that affect the NEET cut off and then we will look at the previous years’ cut off for NEET in DU.

NEET Cutoff DU 2019 for 15% All India Quota seats

For 2019 MCC will release the DU cut off for state quota online. The cut off will be released similar to the above-given format in category wise cut off. The last rank in the AIQ will signify the minimum qualified marks in the NEET to get admission in the medical colleges under DU. This year the difficulty level of the exam was comparatively higher than the last year so the rank might remain low this time but as we stated above if the number of qualifies marks will be better than the cut off will get end at the higher marks.

NEET 2019 Cutoff DU for 85% State Quota seats

NEET cut off for the state quota will be released DGHS. The cut off for 2019 will be published online. It will be prepared category wise as for General (unreserved), SC/ST/OBC (reserved) and PwD aspirants. The last rank of an aspirant who will be considered as eligible to get admission in DU medical colleges will be considered in the NEET cutoff 2019 for DU as per the respective category of the applicant.

DU MBBS Counselling 2019

The round I of counseling for the admission in DU will start from the 2nd week of June with the release of online application form for counseling. Candidates who will qualify NEET 2019 can fill this online application form to take a part in the counseling process. Qualifies applicants can fill the application form for counseling and lock their choice of colleges till the 3rd week of June. After allotment of the seats based on DU NEET cut off 2019 the next round of counseling will start. The second round of counseling will be wind up in August 2019. Applicants can expect the mop-up round to start from 2nd week of August.  The seat allotment for admission in DU MBBS 2019 will be based on both the merit rank of the candidate and their choices for admission. 



Only those applicants will be considered as eligible to get admission in DU MBBS course that is less than 25 years old. candidates from SC, ST and OBC categories will get the relaxation of 5 years in the upper age limit. It is also mandatory for the applicant to qualify the 10+2 from a recognized board in NCR.  Being medically fit is also important for the applicant to get admission in medical courses offered by DU.
