EPFO Assistant Result 2019 Date | Check Assistant Cut Off Marks, Merit List: EPFO Assistant Preliminary examination result conducted in the month of July is expected to release in the month of October 2019. Employee’s Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO), India invited application for the recruitment of 280 candidates for the post of assistant in the month of May. Selection of candidates for this post is made on the basis of Preliminary and Main examination. Phase I examination has already been completed and result for which is awaited.

EPFO Assistant Merit List

EPFO merit list will be based on marks secured by candidates in the pre-exam. As the exam was conducted in more than one session and leads to difference in the level of difficulty of exam, the scores obtained by the candidates in various sessions will be equated by following standard practice in order to adjust the differences in the marks of candidates.

Phase I exam is qualifying in nature and thus the marks of candidates in phase I will not be considered for final merit.

• Step 1- Visit the official website of EPFO i.e. https://www.epfindia.gov.in.
• Step 2-  On the home screen of the portal, they have to click on the “Miscellaneous” tab.
• Step 3- Now, select the “Recruitments” option from the dropdown menu.

• Step 5- result search will open.

The EPFO result sheet is going to indicate following particulars-

Candidate’s name, their roll number. Registration no., date of birth, exam date, gender, category, father’s name, photograph, marks obtained by them, total marks, qualifying status and information related to phase II examination.

EPFO Assistant Cut-Off marks

The minimum marks fixed by the examining authority for the selection of candidates is known as Cut-off marks. The cut-off marks for the assistance exam will be fixed as per the discretion of EPFO. Cut-off marks are fixed category-wise and are hosted on the EPFO website after the release of result. Cut-off marks are applied in two stages viz.- firstly on scores in individual tests and secondly on Total Score.

Post Result Activity 

After the publication of Phase-I result, qualified candidates will be shortlisted for phase II i.e. Mains examination. The organization will issue admit cards for these candidates. Examination dates for the same will be communicated to candidates through the official website.

Mere qualifying exam will not confer candidate’s right for appointment. Candidates qualifying phase II exam will be invited for document verification. Final merit list will be prepared on the basis of phase II and further selection criteria.
