HNBGU Entrance Exam Counselling Schedule 2019: HNBGU entrance exam has been conducted successfully last month i.e. on 12th, 13th, and 14th June 2019 for various UG and PG programs. As per the admission criteria, university will be conducting counseling/ interview for candidates qualifying the entrance exam.

HNBGU conducts entrance exam and counseling each year for admission of suitable candidates to various undergraduate and postgraduate programs in all the three university campuses and other affiliated colleges in Uttarakhand State.

HNBGU 2019 Counselling Schedule/ Important Dates
HemvatiNandanBahuguna University is one of the biggest central universities in the country situated in the state of Uttarakhand. Every year a huge number of candidates are admitted to the university that offers number of programs in multiple fields. Admission is done on the basis of merit in the qualifying exam or entrance exam conducted by the university.
There are various UG, PG and doctoral level programs in which admission is granted only on the basis of entrance exam followed by counseling or interview. After the conduct of counseling and interview, candidates will be allotted seats in three campuses of the university and affiliated colleges.
The list of some of the UG and PG courses for which entrance exam was conducted is provided below-
After the release of result, university publishes merit list for all the programs. Merit list includes the names of the candidates eligible to appear in counseling or interview. It will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates in the entrance test. Merit list for each program is published separately.

HNBGU Counselling 2019
On the basis of the merit list candidates will be invited to attend the counseling for final allotment and admission. Seats will be allocated to the candidates on the basis of various factors like merit of the candidates, their preferences, availability of seats and reservation applicable as per the government of Uttarakhand. Counseling schedule for all the programs will be intimated to candidates through the release of counseling letter on the university website.
Counseling letter will be indicating the date, time, venue, documents of the counseling and interview. Candidates have to report at the assigned venue of the day of counseling in person along with all the original documents. On the basis of interview and verification of documents, seats will be allotted to the candidates and after allotment, they have to join the allotted college.

- Income & asset certificate for EWS candidates.

- Passport size photographs
