About HPBOSE

The Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education was established under the article No.14 of 1968 and here board believes in providing best quality education in the school of Himachal Pradesh. In early year, HPBOSE was located in Shimla then later it was shifted to Dharamshala.

HPBOSE has taken many steps to increase the level of the education system in the state. In starting days, the board just had 34 officials and in the present time, there are 483 officials working in the board.

There are almost 8000 schools which are affiliated with the board in the state and has approx 1650 examination center in the state and altogether there are 3 lakhs students in both levels of class (10 and 12) which passes every year from this board.  HPBOSE has also established 19 information centers for the betterment of the schools.

Apart from this, it has also organize examination of J.B.T and T.T.C too.

The 10th board exam has been conducted in the between 5th March to 19th March 2020. Now students who have given the examination with lots of hard work and potential now are eagerly waiting for the declaration of the HPBOSE 10th Result 2020.
