The merit list for IBPS Clerk 2020 will be prepared on the basis of the marks obtained by the candidates in the main examination. The merit list will be based on the performance of the candidates in the exam. The merit list will be made available online. Only those candidates will be listed in the merit who will secure marks equal or more than cut-off fixed by the authority.

IBPS Mains Exam Cut Off

  • Provisional Allotment

On the basis of final result, provisional allotment process is done. Final result will be based on the marks of the candidates in the main examination. provisional allotment will be based on the merit of the candidates, number of posts available in each state/UT, reservation criteria, verification of eligibility criteria etc.  

After provisional allotment, no request for change of will be accepted.

  • Joining and Document Verification  

The provisionally selected candidates will be called for document verification. On the day of joining they have to report at the allotted organisation on the scheduled date along with all the original documents.

The date, venue and other information related to joining shall be intimated to each candidate. The list of all the required documents is shared as under-

  • A printout of the filled in online application form
  • Date of Birth proof (it could be Class 10th/ high certificate or Birth Certificate issued by the Competent Authorities)

  • Photo Identify Proof (PAN Card/ Permanent Driving Licence/ Passport/ Voter’s Card/ Bank Passbook with photograph/ ID card bearing photo issued by a Gazzetted Officer/ Identity Card issued by a recognised university or college, Aadhar or E-aadhar, Employee ID)
  • Graduation or equivalent qualification marksheet and certificates
  • Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority
  •  Income and Asset Certificate
  • Disability certificate
  • Ex-Servicemen candidates
  • Other relevant documents as required.
