How to download Jharkhand GDS Result?
Result will be uploaded online by the concerned authority and candidates have to access it from there. They can download the result/merit list by following the simple steps given below-
- Step I- Candidates have to start by opening the Online Gramin Dak Sevak Engagement portal of India Post i.e. www.appost.in/gdsonline/Home.aspx

- Step III- From the list, candidates have to search for “Jharkhand” postal circle.
- Step IV- Now, they have to click on “Results” link given in front of Jharkhand postal circle.
- Step V- The result PDF will be downloaded.
- Step VI- Open the result PDF and search for name and marks obtained.
- Step VII- Keep the result PDF safe for further references.

Jharkhand GDS Merit List 2019
Candidates will be selected for the post of Gramin Dak Sevak (GDS) on the basis of auto-generated merit of the candidates. Conducting authority has not conducted any selection exam for the recruitment of suitable candidate.
While preparing the Jharkhand Post circle GDS merit list only class 10th marks will be considered. A higher education qualification mentioned on the application form will not be given weightage. Jharkhand GDS merit list link will be provided her.
In case two candidates obtain equal marks in SSC then a tiebreaker rule will be followed. The following tie-breaking rule will be considered for determining the merit-
- Age- Candidates older in age will be ranked higher
- ST candidate
- SC candidate
- OBC candidate
- Unreserved category candidate
- ST male
- SC Male
- OBC Male
- Unreserved Male
Jharkhand Post GDS Document Verification
Once the result will be announced, selected candidates will be invited for document verification by the concerned recruiting agency. The further recruitment procedure will be conducted at the district level by the district recruiting agencies. Shortlisted candidates have to report at the verification center for the purpose of verification of all the original documents on the scheduled date.
All the candidates are therefore advised to carry all the original documents/certificates to the verification venue. The intimation regarding DV will be sent to the eligible candidates by the concerned authority.
