The Process of Documents Verification JVVNL Helper-II Examination
After clearing the JVVNL Helper-II exam, the candidates will have to verify their documents. The following document will be verified by the JVVNL officials before taking the successfully passed candidate on board.
- Marksheet 10th class with the candidates’ Date of Birth and the Secondary School Certificate
- For married candidates, the Marital Status Certificate will be required
- For married candidates an affidavit will also be required that will clearly indicate the name and date of birth of all children of applicants, including adopted and stepchildren as well or if having no children on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 50/-.
- If your child is disabled then, a medical certificate will also be required about it
- Caste Certificate by Rajasthan Government
- Good Character Certificate issued by school or any institute
- If the candidate has been convicted or any criminal case is pending against the candidate, then its details should be mentioned in the Affidavit.
- An Affidavit will be required on non-judicial stamp paper worth Rs. 50/- duly attested by Notary Public to prove that no criminal case is pending against the candidate in any Court and candidate has not been convicted in any criminal case.
If any candidate could not produce all the mentioned document for the verification or he/she may fail to attend the document verification process then the candidature of the candidate is liable to be rejected. All the selected candidates will have to produce the original copy of all the documents used while filing the application form.
