KIITEE Result 2020: Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology will announce the result of KIITEE 2020. Applicants who have appeared in KIIT 2020 exam can get their result from April 26th, 2020. Candidates will be allotted seats on the basis of merit list prepared by the University itself and uploaded on the official website of KIIT Bhubaneswar; www.kiitee.ac.in.
KIITEE Result 2020
KIIT Exam is a national level entrance test for admission to the entire technical and non-technical course except MBBS, BDS, and PG Medical & PG Dental programs. The exam was conducted in online mode. Now the result of the exam is accessible by the examinees. Applicants can check their result by entering their registration number and date of birth.

KIITEE Result will be declared in the form of the scorecard. After the declaration of result, the counseling process will start. Counseling of the students will be conducted in two phases. Admission in different courses
Your admission in technical courses will depend on your marks obtained in KIITEE exam 2020. For offering admission in technical courses such as B. Tech, B. Tech (Lateral Entry) and M. tech the university will prepare a merit list. University will also release the cut-off or qualifying marks details for every aforementioned course with the KIITEE Result 2020.
Cut off the rank for counseling will be varying from one course to other depends on the availability of seats and number of course aspirants. Only those candidates will be called for counseling who will score more marks than the cut-off. Applicants will also get a rank in KIITEE exam based on their score marks.
Tie-Breaker Rules in KIIT 2020 Result
If two or more than two candidates score same marks, then in merit the rank of such candidates shall be determined for the different subject as mentioned here.
B.Tech. (4 Years): Candidates will be placed in the merit list based on their marks scored in Mathematics, then in Physics and then by age (preference will be given to older candidates).
B.Sc. Nursing
Biotechnology-Dual Degree (B.Tech/M. Tech) (5Years): Candidates with same marks will be placed on the merit list based on their marks scored in Biology, then in Chemistry and then by age (preference will be given to older candidates).
M.Sc. (Applied Microbiology/Biotechnology): To give the appropriate rank to applicants who score same marks the merit list will be prepared based on their marks obtained in Biology, then Chemistry, then Mathematics and then by age(preference will be given to older candidates).
KIITEE Result 2020 – Ranks card
The rank of the applicant will be mentioned in his/her rank card. Rank card or score card will be the document that will be available for download. The rank of candidates will be depending on their performance in the entrance exam. KIITEE Cut off 2020
The cut off marks for all the courses offered by the Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology will decide who all will be among the students who get admission in the university. The KIITEE 2020 cut off marks will be determined by the University and it will be declared at the time of announcement of Entrance exams’ Result. The cut-off will be declared based on the marks the candidates score in their entrance examination.
KIITEE 2020 Counselling
Applicants who have scored equal and more marks than the cut off marks will be called for counseling. In counseling, the documents of the candidates will be verified and they will be allotted a seat of their educational programme for further study.
Seats in Kalinga University are reserved for the PC applicants and candidates from reserved category. Thus the seats available during the counseling will be allotted as per the below mentioned matrix.
- Seats reserved for SC candidates; 15%
- Seats Reserved for St Candidates; 7.5%
- Seats reserved for physically challenged candidates*; 3%
*Candidates with 40% disability will be considered under the Physically Handicapped category.
Apart from this 30% of seats in each category are also reserved for women candidates. All the unfulfilled seats will be changed into the general category seats if they will remain vacant after the second round of counseling.
