The LU results of odd semester examinations which are held in the month of November are announced in January 2020. All results of the particular academic session are finally released in the month of June. Lucknow University declared the result on its official website. No other mode is applicable. Students have to check the result on the official portal of the university by using valid credentials. After the announcement of the LU result for all the faculties at the end of the session, students have to collect their mark sheets from the university. The date, time and other necessary information regarding the mark sheet will be updated on the website.

Odd Sem/Yearly Exam Result 2019-20

Lucknow University offers various courses in different disciplines. University follows a dual semester system. It means the academic terms are divided into terms which are known as odd semesters and even semesters.

• The academic session of the university starts in the month of July.
• The odd semester examinations are conducted in the month of November every year.
• Undergraduate annual examinations in all faculties are conducted in the month of January.
• The examinations for even semester in all faculties are conducted in April.
• Lucknow university put all the detail regarding the exam such as exam notification, exam schedule etc on the official website of the university.

The University of Lucknow, informally known as Lucknow University (LU) is one of the oldest government-owned institutions of higher education situated in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. It was established in March 1921 and was affiliated to University Grant Commission (UGC)

LU Entry and Admission Procedure

The admissions in the university are granted on the basis of marks obtained by the students in the entrance exam. LU conducts entrance exam for admission in undergraduate and postgraduate programs.

Entrance exam for entry into UG course is conducted in the month of May and for PG courses exam are scheduled in the month of June every year. However, there are few MA and M.Sc programs for which entrance test is not required.
