Maharashtra NEET Expected Cut Off 2019: After the release of NEET result 2019 by NTA, every state will release the cut off for medical colleges. NEET Cut off for Maharashtra will be released by the Commissionerate, Common Entrance Test Cell (CET), Mumbai. The NEET cut off for Maharashtra is expected to be released in August months after the counseling process will be over. Like all other states and NEET result, the Maharashtra NEET cut off will also be released category wise.

Commissionerate, Common Entrance Test Cell (CET), Mumbai releases the cut off for NEET 2019 for the state quota medical seats. In state quota, 85% of seats of medical colleges are counted.  For rest 15% seats Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) on behalf of Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) releases the cut off marks. 

Only those candidates will be eligible to part in NEET State quota counseling in Maharashtra who will score more or equal marks to the NTA NEET Cut off 2019. Since the NTA hasn’t released the NEET result 2019 till now so we cannot predict about the Maharashtra NEET 2019 cut off but based on the previous years’ trends and score we can get an idea about the expected Maharashtra NEET cut off 2019.

Maharashtra NEET Counselling Schedule 2019

After the release of NEET result in 2019, the counseling process will start in Maharashtra medical colleges. The counselling process will start from online registration. NEET qualified candidates can do the online registration to apply for counselling process in Maharashtra medical colleges. After the registration process will get over then the colleges will release their cut off for NEET 2019. The counselling process will be conducted online and applicants will have to visit the colleges only for the documents verification.

As of now the NEET counselling authority of Maharashtra hasn’t declare any date to start the counselling process so here we have given the expected dates related to the counseling process. We have taken this schedule from the previous years’ counselling dates;

NEET seat are divided into All India Quota Seats and State Quota Seats. Although the selection exam was conducted by NTA for both the seats but the cut-off marks and counseling procedure will be conducted by separate authorities.

For 15% All India Quota seats, cut-off marks and counseling will be organized by the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) on the behalf of Medical Counseling Committee (MCC), India and for 85% state quota seats it will be released by designated state authorities.



Cut-off and counseling activities will be conducted by separate authorities. The merit and cut-off list will be released by the concerned government medical colleges, central universities and other colleges as per the directions of. On the other hand, for 85% state quota seats it will be released by the respective state authorities.

NEET Cut-off for Maharashtra will be released by all the medical and dental colleges of the state separately as per the norms of Directorate of Medical Education & Research (DMER), Government of Maharashtra. DMER is the authority that will be conducting NEET (UG) 2019 counseling. Each medical college release its own cut-off marks list for various categories of the candidates on the basis of which admissions are granted. NEET cut-off for Maharashtra State is expected to release in the second week of June 2019.
