MJPRU timetable 2020: The date sheet for the UG/PG Exam has been released by the MJPRU University. The time table for UG/PG exam 2020 is available on the official site of the MJPRU University. Candidates can follow the instructions to download the dates sheet for the exam.

Note: the ongoing annual exam 2020 that were scheduled from 18 march to 31^st march 2020 has been postponed till further notice due to COVID19 .

MJPRU Admit Card 2020

The admit card for MJP Rohilkhand University can be downloaded from the website- www.mjpruonline.in. The candidates can download their admit card by entering their form no in the admit card login portal. Below is the procedure for downloading the admit card.

MJPRU Admit Card Download Procedure

• Go to exam portal of MJP Rohilkhand University the link – www.exam.mjpruonline.in.
• Click on Download Admit Cards tab.
• A new page will be opened. Enter the form number and captcha and click on search.
• Admi card will appear on the screen. View and save it.

MJPRU Exam related instructions for candidates

• The candidates have to reach the exam venue on time.
• No entry will be given to the candidates reaching after exam starts.
• Candidates have to carry the admit card in order to appear for the exam.
• Candidates will not be allowed to enter the exam hall without the admit card.
• Use of mobile phone, Bluetooth device or any other communication device is not strictly not allowed in the exam.
• Candidate found doing any misconduct will be exempted from the exam will be disqualified from the exam.

The result for the annual exam will declared on the official site of MJP Rohilkhand University. Candidates have to follow the below given steps to view the results

• Go to the official site of MJP Rohilkhand University.
• Scroll down the page and click on results tab in the student’s corner.
• Results link will be displayed on your screen.
• After clicking on the result link, you will be redirected to another site.
• A new page will be opened.  Click on the exam link for which you wish to see the results.
• Enter the roll no, select the semester and click on “Find Result”.
• Result will be displayed on your screen. Save it for reference.

MJPRU Ordinances for Various Courses

Course- PGDCA/PGDCP

The duration of the programme is for one year. This course in basically for the working officials in industries and various other organizations. This course can be opted by the students also. The mode of language for this course will be in English language.

Admission Criteria

 The admission will be on the basis of marks scored in the entrance exam. The candidates have to qualify the exam and thus merit list will be prepared and the only admission will be processed further. For this course the candidate must have scored minimum 45 % marks in the in the bachelor degree. However, relaxation of 5% will given to candidates belonging to the minorities, PWD and dependents of widows of defence personal.

Exam Scheme

There will be two semesters in this course. The semester exam will take place at the end of each semester. The 1^st semester will consist of 5 theory papers and 4 practical exams and the 2^nd semester will have 4 theory papers and 2 practical exams and 1 project report. The theory exam will be for 100 marks and time duration for exam will be 3 hours.

Passing Criteria

 The candidates have to score minimum 45% marks in the semester exam and 40% marks in the internal assessment exam and practical exam. If a candidate is not able to clear all the subject of the 1^st semester then also, he can be promoted to the next semester. Provision of grace marking of 3 marks is there if candidate have secured 45 % marks in total and he is failing in any subject by 3 marks.

Course- MSc in Animal Science and Plant Science

 The duration of the course will be of 2 years/4 semesters.

Admission Criteria

The admission to the PG Course in Animal Science and Plant Science will be on the basis of entrance exam to be conducted by the MJP Rohilkhand University. The candidates seeking admission to PG course should be BSc in zoology.

Exam Scheme

 There will be 4 semesters in this course.

The theory paper will consist of mid semester exam of 30 marks and end semester exam of 70 marks. The theory exam will of total 100 marks.

In the practical exam, 30 marks will be for sessional exam and 70 marks will be for end semester exam. So, the Practical exam will of total 100 marks.

Passing Criteria

The minimum passing marks in each subject is 36% which is applicable to both theory and practical exam. The candidate who is failed in more than 4 subjects in a year will not be able to prmote to the next year. Grace marking of 3 marks is given to the candidates in only one subject.

Course: B.Lib and Information Science

The duration of the course is 1 year/semesters. The courses can be pursued by the working professionals in institutes, organization, industry or in research field. The medium of language in this course will in Hindi as well as English language.

Admission Criteria

The candidates interested in this course must have a bachelor degree with minimum of 45% marks or a PG degree with 45 % marks. Candidate with experience of minimum of 5 yrs  in Libraries or having course in library science in  also eligible for this course.

Examination Scheme

The end semester exam will be commenced at the end of each semester. The 1^st semester will have 3 theory papers and 1 practical exam. The 2^nd semester will contain 3 theory exam, 1 practical exam and a sessional task. The internal assessment will be of 20 marks and end semester exam will be of 80 marks.

Passing Criteria

The candidates have to score minimum of 40 % marks in each theory exam and minimum 30 % in internal assessment exam.
