Before going to NTA 1 Answer keys, we would like to inform candidates who have appeared for the NDA I exam and wish to submit representation for question paper can also do so. Commission has already released the notification regarding question paper representation.
Candidates interested in submitting representation on question paper have to submit it in the stipulated time frame. The representation window is opened for only seven days i.e. from 22nd April to 28th April 2019. Candidates can fill representation only through the online mode from the URL provided on the commissions website.

Each paper will have four sets of questions and the answer key will indicate answers for all the sets. Releasing answer keys after an exam facilitates transparency in the selection process and also let candidates to estimate their marks. Particulars of UPSC NDA 1 Answer Keys 2019
Answers keys play an important role in every exam, this is the reason most after every exam answers are released. NDA I 2019 answer sheets will be uploaded simply in the form of PDF file. It will include the name of the examination, series or set number of the question booklet, name of the subject, maximum marks, number of items dropped, items to be taken for scoring and the answers key to all the questions asked in the particular series.
Calculation of Marks using UPSC NDA Answer Key
Answers provide a rough estimates of marks to the candidates. As per the exam marking scheme 2.5 and 4 marks will be given for every correct choice in Mathematics an GTA respectively. For every wrong choice, 0.33 marks will be deducted in both papers.
Candidates can calculate their marks by the given formula-
Total score = Total No. of correct answer- total number of correct answers.
Candidates cam allot marks as per the marking scheme.
UPSC NDA 2019 Written Exam Pattern
- Exam was conducted in offline mode (Written Exam).
- There were two papers- General Ability Test (GAT) and Mathematics.
- The duration of exam was 2 and half hour for each paper.
- Questions were objective type in nature.
- Exam was conducted in Hindi and English both.
- Total no of questions- 120 (Mathematics) and 150 (GAT)
- Maximum marks- 300 marks (Mathematics) and 600 marks (GTA)
Candidates qualifying written exam will be eligible to appear for the next round i.e. the interview/ SSB.
NDA Result
Once the UPSC NDA 1 Answer Keys will be out, UPSC will announce the result. You can check your result on the official website of the commission. Along with the result, marks of the candidates will also be updated online. The result of NDA 2019 is announced in two stages, one for written test & second for the SSB interview round. The selection in NDA exam is based on a written exam followed by the SSB Round. Candidates, who qualify the written test, will be called for SSB round. The result of NDA 1 2019 written test will be published on 15th June 2019 at the official website of UPSC. After SSB final round, the final result will be declared by the UPSC.
