Rajasthan High Court Recruitment 2020 Eligibility Criteria

For the recruitment of Stenographer, the Authority has mentioned certain criteria and the candidate who follows these criteria will only be eligible for the post of Stenographer in Rajasthan High Court. The details of the minimum education qualifications are-:

The candidate should be fit both physically and mentally. For this, candidates have to show the fitness certificate issued by the medical officer. The candidate who is not fit will not be considered for the job as they may face problems while doing their duty.

For the post of Stenographer, the following points should be followed under the Nationality criteria.

  • Should be a citizen of India,
  • People of Nepal,
  • People of Bhutan.

The candidate from Nepal and Bhutan will only be permitted if they have a citizenship certificate or any identity issued by the Government of India.

The final selection of the candidates will be in Rajasthan District Court ministerial Corporation. The final selection will be based on the interview through the rule of 1986 under 22.

The methods for conducting Speed and Efficiency tests are-:



  • The language for Speed & Efficiency test shall be the same as the language of the Shorthand Test.
  • The minimum speed should be 8000 key depressions per hour.
  • It shall also include formatting of Test, Paragraph, Page & Table using proper methods and formatting of letters.
