About Avadh University

In 1975 the Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh University (RMLAU) was established. The university is in the Ayodhya City (known as Faizabad earlier). In was renamed in 1993-94 and received its present name. The university started from a rented room in Civil Lines Ayodhya and after 10 years, in 1984 he had become affiliating cum residential university. To get admission in B. Sc the candidate must have done 10+2 with PCM or PCB.
Candidates looking to get admission to the B.Tech program will have to appear and clear for the UPSEE exam.
Selection to a few UG courses will be on the basis of Entrance test.

RMLAU Postgraduate Admission: Eligibility Criteria and Admission

It is a must for the students looking for admission in PG courses to pass the UG courses in the same or relevant subjects from a recognized university.

To get admission to the MCA program the applicant must need to appear in the UPSEE exam. The admission will depend on the candidates’ marks in the UPSEE exam.
To get admission to MA in any subject the admission seeker will have to clear the AUCAT exam and then appear in the counseling process.
