  • Step 1- Initially, students are required to access the official website of the council (www.sctevtodisha.nic.in)
  • Step 2- Homepage of the website will appear.
  • Step 3- Students have to open the “View Result” link on the homepage.

  • Step 5- Diploma result dialog box will appear.
  • Step 6- Enter the registration number, student name, date of birth and security code in the space provided.

  • Step 8- Students can now see diploma result on their screens.

Brief Detail About SCTEVT Odisha

State Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (SCTEVT) is an education council that works under the administrative control of Government of Odisha. Board is affiliated to AICTE, New Delhi and caters to ITI and Diploma education in Odisha. It is responsible for preparing curriculum, conduct of semester exams, evaluation of answer sheets, declaration of result etc. for all the diploma and ITI programs.

All the technical programs are conducted under a semester system in all the technical education institutions of the state. The two semesters are called even semester (2nd, 4th, 6th)/ summer exams and odd semester (1st, 3rd, 5th



)/ Winter exams. SCTEVT conduct end semester exams in the month of April/May for even sem and in the month of December for odd sem every year.
