To download the result or provisional selection list, you can follow the simple instructions shared below-

  • Step 1-  Go to the official website of TRB i.e. http://trb.tn.nic.in.
  • Step 2- Click on “Direct Recruitment for the post of Post Graduate Assistants / Physical Education Directors Grade-I – 2018-2019 – Provisional CV List” link.
  • Step 3- Go through CV intimation details and click on “Provisional CV list”
  • Step 4- Click on your subject link.
  • Step 5- Finally, the selection list will appear.


  • Step 6- Find your roll number in the list.
  • Step 7- Download the result for your personal record.

The result has been made available in the form of the selection list. It includes particulars such as the name of the board, name of the post, post detail, name of the subject and the roll numbers of the candidates in the order of merit.

Final Selection

For final selection, candidates qualifying the exam will be shortlisted and invited for Certificate Verification (CV). All those candidates whose names are there in the selection list are required to attend the CV round for final selection.

The schedule and venue for certificate Verification will be communicated to all the shortlisted candidates in due course of time. All the selected candidates are required to carry the following documents and certificates with them on the day of CV-

  • Community certificate
  • Tamil Medium Study Certificate (for PG Assistant post)
  • Disability Certificate issued by the competent authority

Candidates failing to carry necessary documents on the day of CV will be disqualified from the selection procedure. The final selection list will be prepared only after the completion of certificate verification.
