Age Limit:
Candidates should not have completed 57 years as on 01/07/2019 as per G.O. (Ms) No.156 Higher Education (B1) Department dated 15/09/2014.
Educational Qualifications:
The education qualification for the post of lecturer-
The candidate should have passed the Tamil Language as Part I or part II up to SSLC or PUC /Higher Secondary Course levels. If not, he/she should pass the Tamil Language Test conducted by the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission within two years from the date of his/her appointment.

Selection Pattern & Scheme of Examination
The selection pattern for the post includes the following stages-:
The information about the date, time and venue of the examination will be mentioned on the Hall ticket. The Hall Ticket will be uploaded on the official website. The mode of examination will be online and it will consist of a single paper with 150 MCQs with a time duration of 3 hours.
The candidates shortlisted for the computer-based examination will move to the next round of recruitment i.e.
