TS DEECET 2nd Round Counseling 2019
TS DEECET is basically a state level entrance test conducted on an annual basis to offer admission to the eligible candidates to Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) and Diploma in Pre-School Education (DPSE) courses in various government and private district institutes of Educational Training in Telangana State.
TS DEEECT for admission to academic session 2019-2020 was conducted on 22nd May 2019. Around 26 thousand candidates appeared for entrance exam. Online Registration/ Application
The first step is online registration for counseling. Candidates qualifying the exam and having their names in the merit list have to register themselves online.

- Candidates should be ready with all the necessary information with them at the time of registration.
- On successful registration applicants will be issued a registration number which they have to keep safe for future login.
Verification of Documents
Once candidates have completed the registration process, they have to attend the document verification round. Document verification will be completed at the district DIET colleges.
Candidates can visit the nearby DIET college for verification. They must carry all the necessary documents in original to the college along with a set of photocopy of each. The list of some of the important documents required at the time of verification is given below-

After successful verification, candidates will be issued a verification receipt.
Web options selection
Now, verified candidates will be eligible for filling web options. In this stage, they have to submit choices for their preferred course and Education colleges. They have to log in from the website. They can select as many as options for their preferred colleges and courses.
They must choose options with utmost care as after locking the choices no alteration in selected options will be possible. As seat allotment is highly based on the preferred choices of the candidates it is important for them to fill the choices carefully.
Allotment of seats
Considering the web options submitted by the candidates, DSE, Telangana will release the seat allotment list. Seats will be allotted to the candidates on the basis of options submitted by applicants as per their preferences.
Seat allotment result will be hosted on the official website on scheduled dates. Candidates can check the allotment details by visiting the same. On allotment of seats, they will be issued an allotment letter which they have to download online.
Payment of Admission fee
Now, candidates have to make the payment of requisite admission fee. If candidate is satisfied with the allotted seat he/she have to make the payment of the admission fee to book the allotted seat. Admission fee details will be communicated to candidates through the official website. The details on mode of fee payment will be updated soon.
After the payment of the admission fee, seat will be confirmed and candidates can download the final allotment letter from the website.
Reporting at the allotted college
After completing the admission formalities at the college they have to join the new session from the notified dates.
