TSPSC Group 4 Documents Verification Date: TSPSC Group IV merit list have been released and is currently available on the official website. Those who have not checked yet can check it. The selected candidates have to appear for the verification of certificate round. The schedule and other notification will be shared soon by the conducting authority.
TSPSC Group 4 Documents Verification
The written exam for the selection of candidates for TSPSC Group IV services in Telangana state was conducted on 7th October 2019. A large number of candidates participated as the number of total vacancies was also high (1521). Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) is the authority responsible for organizing this recruitment drive for the selection of suitable candidates in the various Government departments of the state.

An overview of TSPSC Group 4 Recruitment
As TSPSC Group IV merit list is available on official portal, those who have not checked the list year can check it. In order to access the merit list, they can follow the given steps-
- Visit official website of KPSC (http://www.kpsc.kar.nic.in/). Candidates can also click on the link provided below.
- On the homepage of the website, click on the Merit list for Group IV services provided under the head “What’s New”.
- Merit list of all the candidates will appear on the screen.
- Candidates can search their names in the list
- Lastly, if they wish they can download the merit list.

The selection of the candidates for certificate verification has been made on the basis of minimum qualifying marks set by the candidates.

TSPSC Group 4 Verification of Certificates
Candidates whose names are there in the merit list have to appear for the process of TSPSC Group 4 document verification as per the selection criteria of the Commission. These candidates will be called in the order of merit for verification of certificate and also community and category-wise.
All the candidates are required to carry all the necessary certificates and documents in original (plus photocopy of each) with them at the time of verification. The list of all the documents is shared below-
- Aadhaar Card
- Date of Birth certificate or SSC certificate as a proof of age
- Proof of Educational Qualification
- School Study certificate
- No objection certificate from the employer (if employed)
- Declaration by unemployed (in order to claim fee exemption)
- Certificate of nativity/residence
- Certificate of community (issued in the name of candidate)
- Noncreamy layer certificate (if applicable)
- Medical certificate for blind
- Medical fitness certificate for orthopedically handicapped candidate
- Certificate of hearing disability and hearing assessment
Any candidate without any of the aforementioned documents will be disqualified. All the details and original certificates should tally with the details furnished in the application form by the candidates. In case of any discrepancy in the particulars, the candidature of such candidates will be rejected without any further correspondence.
TSPSC Group 4 Web Options
All the candidates who are invited for verification have to exercise web-option before going to appear for certificate verification. Any candidate who will not exercise web-option prior to the verification will be rejected from the selection process.
All the information about certificate verification will be updated on the “Verification of Certificate” tab of the official TSPCS website. Under this tab, candidates will find information such as attestation form, memo, checklist and other necessary details related to the verification process.
TSPSC Group 4 Proficiency Test
This test will be a qualifying test and candidates appearing for this test have to qualify it for the purpose of selection. However, marks obtained by the candidates will not be a basis for final selection.
TSPSC Group 4 Final Merit list
After completion of all the selection rounds, a final merit list will be prepared and appointment letter will be provided to the finally selected candidates. The final merit list will be published online on the notified dates. All the information regarding this matter will be updated on TSPSC website.
Prior to the appointment of candidates, Commission will conduct a medical examination for all the selected candidates (except physically challenged candidates). All these selected candidates have to go through this medical examination and those who will be found fit will be appointed. Appointment will be allotted only to those candidates who will be physically & mentally sound and will be free from bodily infirmity & defect.
