ULB Haryana JE Merit List 2020 and Cut Off Marks: ULB Haryana invited online application for the recruitment of 117 Junior Engineers (Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Horticulture) on a contract basis. Application procedure has been already completed. ULB seems to be busy in scrutiny and evaluation of the applications submitted by the applicants of the state.

ULB Haryana JE Result 2019

JE Merit list is under processing and will be out soon. ULB will notify candidates about the release of merit list through its online portal. Candidates should regularly visit the ULB, Haryana website to that they do not miss a single update related to result.

As no selection exam was conducted under this recruitment process, result/selection will be purely based on the merit of the candidates in academics. Selected candidates can be posted anywhere in the state irrespective of preferences filled by them.  

How to check ULB Haryana Merit list?

  Candidates have to start by visiting the official website of ULB Haryana (https://ulbharyana.gov.in). They can also visit the link/ Pdf shared below to access the merit list.
• Search the relevant link – On opening the official website, candidates will see the homepage. On this webpage, candidates have to search for the “latest news” tab given on the right side of the page.
• Select the merit list link – A list of all the latest news will appear on the screen. Candidates have to click on the Junior Engineer merit list option given in the list.  
• Merit list will appear – Merit list will be displayed on the screen. Candidates can search their names or registration number in the list.
• Download the merit list – Once candidates have found their names in the list they can download the merit list for their personal record and future references.

Merit list will decide whether a candidate is eligible for the post of JE or not. The merit list will be published as a PDF file that will indicate the names of the candidates provisionally selected, application number/ registration no., post name, father name of the candidates, mother name, gender, date of birth, category, address, and few other details. Merit list may also include instructions related to the next round of the selection criteria.

ULB Haryana JE Cut Off Marks 2019

Like other selection procedures, cut off also plays an important role in selecting a suitable candidate for the post of Junior Engineer in Urban Local Bodies, Haryana. 

Merit list will be prepared on the basis of the cut-off marks. Cut-off marks are the minimum qualifying marks that a candidate requires to pass/qualify an exam. Cut off marks will be decided by ULB Haryana itself to select the candidates. Candidates scoring less than the cut-off marks will not be given place in the merit list.

Scrutiny/ Document Verification 

Candidates whose names will be there in the merit list will be shortlisted and called for verification of documents. The final selection of the candidates will be made after the completion of document verification (DV).

Candidates will be intimated about the DV round through email and official website. They must be present at the prescribed DV venue on time. Candidates reporting late or without required documents will be disqualified.

Once the verification procedure will complete, final merit list will be published online. Selected candidates will be intimated through emails or website about the appointment. 

Documents to be Carried for Verification

On the day of document verification, it is compulsory for all the provisionally selected candidates to carry their original documents the specified venue. Candidates will be notified about the details of required documents to be brought to the verification venue through official website or email.  

They have to produce following documents in original-

• Printed copy of filled in application form
• Matriculation mark sheet
• Diploma marks sheet
• B.Tech/B.E/ AMIE mark sheet/ Graduation final mark sheet
• M.Tech final mark sheet
• Category certificate (if claiming for reservation)
• Other relevant documents
