UP ITI 4th Round Counselling Schedule 2020 Choice Locking
Uttar ITI 4th Round Counselling Schedule for admission to the academic year 2019- 2020 has been released. Only those candidates who have registered themselves for admission are eligible to attend the counseling process.
UP ITI counseling will be conducted in online mode and will include various stages such as choice filling, seat allotment, reporting, upgradation, etc. Seat allotment in various ITIs of the state will be done through four rounds of counseling. UP ITI 4th Round Counselling 2019
State Council for Vocational Training (S.C.V.T), UP is the state authority that caters to ITI admissions in the state. Admissions to ITIs in the state of UP are made on the basis of merit and thus no entrance exam is conducted. On the basis of ITI counseling, eligible candidates will be granted admissions to different ITI programs offered at various government, private and women ITIs of the state.
Latest Update 2nd Sep 2019: UP ITI 4th Round Counselling has been started. All candidates who haven’t allotted any seats are advised to participate in 4th round counselling.

UP ITI 2019 Counselling overview
UP ITI 4th Round Counselling Procedure 2020
The counseling procedure for admission of eligible candidates will include Choice filling, allotment of seats, reporting, document verification, admission, etc.
- Step 1- Release of UP ITI Merit
- Step 2- UP ITI Choice Filling
After the publication of state merit list, choice filling will be commenced. Only those candidates will be eligible for appearing in the counseling process whose names will be there in the merit list. Under this, candidates have to fill online choices by logging in with the registration no. They have to submit choices within the specified time. They can fill maximum 25 college options of their choice in any three districts of the state. They should lock choices with care.
- Step 3- UP ITI Seat Allotment
Once choice filling for 4th counseling will be completed, seat allotment result will be published online. Candidates will be allotted seats on the basis of their rank and choices filled. Allotment letter- Those who will be allotted seats in each round will be issued an allotment letter. It will indicate the name of the allotted college and ITI course/trade and related information. Candidates have to download it online by using valid login information.
- Step 4- UP ITI Reporting
Seat allotment will be followed by the reporting procedure. Participants who will be allotted seats have to report at the allotted college for the purpose of documents verification and completing admission formalities. They have to carry all the original plus photocopy of all the required documents/certificates at the allotted college on the date and time specified.

The list of some of the required documents is as under-
- UP ITI-2019 printed application form
- Qualifying exam certificate
- Qualifying exam mark sheets
- Transfer Certificate (TC)
- Migration certificate
- Caste/ category certificate (if applicable)
- Income certificate (if applicable)
- Domicile certificate
- One photo Id proof
- Recent passport size photograph
- Medical fitness certificate issued by the CMO of the respective District Hospital
- Other relevant documents
In case, candidates are not satisfied with the allotted seat they can apply for upgradation. Those who will not be allotted any seat in the second round of counseling should wait for the seat allotment result of the subsequent rounds. There will be total of 4 rounds counseling and seat allotment.
